June 9, 2023 6:30pm Special Meeting: to vote on the camera contract. Following the meeting, we will hold a Meet and Greet for the Candidates of the 2023 Election concluding at 7:30pm.

June 10-11, 2023: Community Yard Sale

          Saturday 6/10 8am-4pm

          Sunday 6/11 8am-2pm

June 23, 2023: Bulk pick-up for Resident Senior and Handicapped homeowners; contact the office for more information.

June 24-25, 2023: Bulk Drop Off for homeowners / members in good standings.

          Saturday 6/24 8am-3pm

          Sunday 6/25 10am-2pm

June 30, 2023 7pm: Monthly Meeting Work Session

July 1, 2023 9am: ANNUAL Meeting; Election

          Ballots will be mailed; in order to vote, you must be a member in good standing as of May 1, 2023; ballots must be in the ballot box by 8:59:59am on July 1, 2023

July 1, 2023 1pm: Annual Picnic!

          This year we are bringing back the Pig Roast!

          Bar-B-Q contest! Bring a pan of your best recipe! Sample and enjoy what your neighbors cook up! Vote for your favorite!

          Community members are invited to bring dishes, contact the office if you would like to sign up to do so, sign-up is not required.
