All HHPOA members are welcome to attend meetings, regardless of their membership standing.

Speaking via Zoom: Members who wish to speak via Zoom must register by July 31 at 5:00 PM. Members who register after this deadline may receive a Zoom link, but they will not be permitted to speak during the meeting. To be recognized to speak via Zoom, members must be in good standing, have their camera turned on, remain clearly visible throughout their comments, and state their full name and HHPOA property address before speaking.

Speaking in Person: Members who wish to speak in person must be registered and seated by 9:00 AM on the date of the meeting. To be recognized to speak, members must be in good standing and state their full name and HHPOA property address before speaking.
