Welcome to Hickory Hills Property Owner's Association

Hickory Hills is a peaceful and scenic community nestled in the Pocono Mountains of Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Located just off Route 940 in White Haven, the community offers convenient access to major highways connecting residents to several nearby metropolitan areas. 

The area is well known for its wide range of recreational opportunities, including ski resorts, water sports, biking and hiking trails, and nearby shopping. Residents also enjoy access to local historic landmarks and a variety of dining options.

The Association provides several amenities for its members, including a private lake, heated in-ground pool, lakeside pavilion, clubhouse, and waste management services—all set within a beautifully wooded environment that reflects the natural character of the Pocono Mountains.
