Due to Casella not picking up the compactor as scheduled, we are temporarily limiting dumpster hours to 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM to help manage the amount of garbage being brought to the facility.

We ask all residents to please hold on to cardboard boxes and other recyclable materials until Casella empties the compactor. For the time being, please bring household trash only.

We are working to have the compactor emptied as soon as possible and will return to normal operations once the issue is resolved.

While working on the Key Fob access system update, an issue occurred that unintentionally removed some access cards from the system. Key Fob/Card access was affected for approximately 15 minutes.

If you were experiencing an issue with your Key Fob/Card, the issue has now been corrected and access has been restored.

IMPORTANT: If you had a new Key Fob/Card created between October 1, 2026 and October 6, 2026, please stop by the office so we can verify and restore your access if necessary.

I apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate everyone’s patience while the issue was resolved.

Today, a home will be delivered within the community. During the delivery, Nadine Road will be temporarily blocked while the home is moved into place.

The delivery is expected to be completed today, and the road will be reopened as soon as the work is finished.

We ask for everyone’s cooperation and patience during the delivery. Please follow the directions of the delivery personnel in the area and proceed with caution for everyone’s safety.
