An upcoming storm is expected to impact the area from Saturday night through Monday afternoon. To ensure safe and effective snow removal and to allow access for emergency vehicles, parking on roadways is strictly prohibited during the storm.

⚠️ Any vehicles parked on the roadway will be ticketed and towed — no exceptions.

This restriction is enforced pursuant to HHPOA Rules & Regulations and remains in effect for the duration of the storm and until roadways are cleared.

For resident safety and convenience, the Clubhouse may be opened in the event of a power outage, depending on the timing of the outage and the availability of a Board member(s). Updates regarding the Clubhouse’s open or closed status will be posted on the HHPOA website under Announcements and on the HHPOA Facebook page.
