Guard Shack & Lake Shed Update!
As mentioned at the monthly meeting, we’re excited to share that the permit for the new guard shack and shed lake has been approved!
Starting today, we’ll be demolishing the old shack to make way for the new one. Once it’s cleared, the area will be formed for concrete, which we expect to pour in about 10 days. After that, construction on the new guard shack will officially begin.
At the same time, the shed at the lake will also be formed and prepped for its concrete foundation.
We appreciate everyone’s patience while this work takes place — these improvements will make a big difference for our community!
