HHPOA Announcements

An upcoming storm is expected to impact the area from Saturday night through Monday afternoon. To ensure safe and effective snow removal and to allow access for emergency vehicles, parking on roadways is strictly prohibited during the storm.

⚠️ Any vehicles parked on the roadway will be ticketed and towed — no exceptions.

This restriction is enforced pursuant to HHPOA Rules & Regulations and remains in effect for the duration of the storm and until roadways are cleared.

For resident safety and convenience, the Clubhouse may be opened in the event of a power outage, depending on the timing of the outage and the availability of a Board member(s). Updates regarding the Clubhouse’s open or closed status will be posted on the HHPOA website under Announcements and on the HHPOA Facebook page. The exterior “Open” sign will be illuminated when the Clubhouse is open and turned off when it is closed.

Please note that this storm has the potential to produce a significant amount of snow over an extended period of time. While Maintenance and our snow plow contractor are prepared and will be actively plowing, road conditions may deteriorate rapidly and, at times, roadways may become temporarily impassable depending on snowfall intensity and timing. Please plan accordingly.

Snow removal operations will consist of initial plowing to keep roads passable during the storm, followed by a second plowing after the storm concludes to fully clear and widen the roadways.

Please be advised that HHPOA does not plow individual driveways. Snow removal for private driveways is the responsibility of the property owner. Please do not contact the Association or Maintenance requesting driveway plowing.

Lastly, please plan ahead and be prepared for the possibility that travel may not be possible during the storm. Move all vehicles off roadways and use caution when traveling. Your cooperation is essential to keeping the community safe and accessible.
