Hickory Hills is a charming rural community nestled in the picturesque Pocono Mountains region of Pennsylvania, home to over 500 residents. Located off Route 940 in White Haven, we are just minutes away from major highways that connect to numerous metropolitan areas. The region is renowned for its abundant ski resorts, water sports, biking and hiking trails, and shopping opportunities. Additionally, there are local historic sites and fine dining options. Our Association provides residents with amenities such as a heated in-ground pool, a lake area with a pavilion, a clubhouse, and waste management services, all set in a beautiful wooded environment teeming with deer and various wildlife.
